Outer Limits Tattoo and Museum

22 Chestnut Place

Long Beach, CA. 90802

On Friday, August 23, 2024 Outer Limits Tattoo and Museum will host an open house, inviting the community to learn more about Long Beach’s tattoo history and the importance of having a tattoo art museum, located in Long Beach, CA.

Outer Limits shop owner Kari Barba is a founding board member of the Tattoo Heritage Project, a 501(c)(3)  nonprofit raising funds and awareness to create the first national tattoo art museum, Tattoo Heritage Museum.

Most Long Beach natives know the tales of The Pike, a popular amusement park established in 1902. Some know the Pike at one time had the highest concentration of tattoo artists of any port city in the United States. Few understand the significance of what this means in terms of the influence of the American style of tattooing, and how Long Beach has helped the style travel around the world.

Tattoo Heritage Project was formed by tattoo legend, Good Time Charlie, who worked at The Pike in the early 70’s, and spent much time in the tattoo scene there from the late 1950s to 1975. In 2020, he was approached by three staff members from the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles to lead the charge in establishing a museum dedicated to the art of tattooing.

Kari and Charlie, along with co-founding board members Jack Rudy, Chuey Quintanar, Corey Miller and JD Crowe, are championing the idea of establishing this museum throughout the tattoo community. They are also working towards that goal by engaging the city of Long Beach and other Long Beach based partnerships in conversation as to how to achieve this goal.

Recently joining THP, new board members include JC Chelser, Juan Puente, Antonio Mejia, Sam Belkin, Carlos Torres, Hanky Panky, and Kevin Johnson

Many tattooers have responded and shown support by throwing fundraisers, most recently Happy Sundays and Fear City Tattoo in Long Beach, CA., on August 24 and 25, 2024. Fear City Tattoo will be hosting a two day tattoo walk in event. Various artists gather together for two days of tattooing for the cause. 50% of all income from tattooing will be donated to the Tattoo Heritage Project.

Join us on this special evening. Docents will be on hand to share Long Beach tattoo history, and a community’s effort to build the city’s tattoo art museum.

  • Greetings, my name is Cohen Green, and I am based in San Francisco, California, where I work within the real estate sector. Two months prior, I incurred a significant financial setback, losing $1.2 million in Bitcoin and USDT, owing to a fraudulent investment firm. The incident began when I received an enticing proposal from an organization called CANCAP, promising high returns and showcasing verified investor profits, which led me to invest the entire amount.
I initially encountered relentless demands for additional payments when attempting to withdraw funds. Shortly thereafter, their website vanished, and every attempt to contact them proved fruitless. I was left in shock, my hope of recovering the money dwindling. Despite my efforts with authorities, these fraudsters remained elusive. Approximately one month after the incident, while researching online, I discovered an article about MORPHOHACK CYBER SERVICE, a firm renowned for its expertise in crypto recovery. I reached out to them and was astonished by the efficiency and professionalism of their team. Employing sophisticated software tools, they managed to recover $816,000 from the total amount in under 72 hours, even months after the scam occurred. I remain profoundly grateful for their assistance and am still in awe of their capabilities.

  • Hello everyone I know this is not the topic to be discussing here but with what I Have been through and my bad experience, I want everyone be careful and stop being deceived by all these brokers and account managers, they scammed me over $900,000 of my investment capital, they kept on requesting for extra funds before a withdrawal request can be accepted and processed, in the end, I lost all my money. All efforts to reach out to their customer support desk had declined, I found it very hard to move on. God so kind I followed a broadcast on how scammed victims can recover their fund, I contacted them and provided the neccesary requirement, I got feedback after some hours and I was asked to provide all legal details concerning my investment, I did exactly what they instructed me to do without delay, to my greatest surprise I was able to recover my money back including my profit which my capital generated. I said I will not hold this to myself but share it to the public so that all scammed victims can get their funds back. Chat Them on Email:jamesmckaywizard at gmail dot com or what’sapp +31657446248.
